Michele Lynch
-- an experienced lawyer who served as a Magistrate and Acting Judge in Berea Municipal Court.
A Message From Michele
I have 24 years of extensive legal experience in a wide variety of criminal and civil matters. While in private practice, I not only defended clients, but I also protected them. Currently I represent the Chapter 13 Trustee where I ensure compliance with the federal Bankruptcy Code.
I am uniquely qualified for Berea Municipal Court Judge because I represented clients in civil and criminal matters in this Court, and I served as a Magistrate and Acting Judge where I resolved 100’s of criminal and civil cases in my judicial capacity.
